Check first that the Wi-Fi card is activated. Depending on the laptop, this is done via a direct button or by a combination of keys. The guest can see a SSID but it doesn´t connect or access a captive portal
Disconnect and reconnect the Wi-Fi card. Select the "Meliá" network and after clicking on the right hand button, click on the disconnect option. Search again for networks and reconnect to the Meliá Wi-Fi. None of the above work
Check with different browsers: Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Firefox... Authorization
